FABRIC CARE AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

FABRIC CARE AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate fabric descriptions and specifications.

Because textiles and screens vary, product appearance and performance may differ slightly from photographs or expectations.

Color representation

Colors may appear different because of:

· Device display settings;

· Screen brightness;

· Lighting conditions;

· Photography;

· Dye-lot variation; and

· Manufacturing variation.

Customers who require an exact shade should contact us before ordering.

Dye lots

Separate production or dye lots may have shade variations.

For projects requiring a consistent shade, order the full required quantity at the same time.

We cannot guarantee that a later order will match a previous dye lot.

Width and measurement

Fabric width and other measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Fabric is measured before dispatch. Minor edge or selvedge irregularities may occur depending on the textile.

Natural and decorative variations

Some fabrics may include natural or production-related variations such as:

· Slubs;

· Texture changes;

· Pattern-placement differences;

· Embroidery variation;

· Sequin or bead positioning;

· Weave variation; and

· Minor surface irregularities.

These characteristics may be part of the material rather than defects.

Care instructions

Follow the care information displayed on the product page or product label.

Where no specific care instruction is provided:

· Test a small, inconspicuous area first;

· Consider professional cleaning;

· Avoid high heat;

· Avoid harsh chemicals;

· Store the fabric clean and dry; and

· Obtain specialist advice for delicate, embellished, silk, velvet, lace, or beaded textiles.

Prewashing and shrinkage

Some fabrics may shrink, relax, bleed dye, or change texture when washed, steamed, ironed, or treated.

Customers should test or pre-treat fabric as appropriate before cutting or sewing.

Cutting and sewing

Confirm measurements, pattern direction, stretch direction, nap, repeat, and fabric face before cutting.

Once fabric has been cut further, sewn, dyed, washed, treated, or altered by the customer, return eligibility may be lost.

Intended use

Fabric suitability depends on the project, construction method, care method, and customer requirements.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our fabrics are not represented as:

· Fire-retardant;

· Medical grade;

· Food safe;

· Protective equipment;

· Child-safety certified;

· Upholstery certified;

· Outdoor certified; or

· Suitable for another regulated or safety-critical purpose.

Customers are responsible for confirming suitability before use.

Allergies and sensitivities

Customers with allergies or chemical sensitivities should contact us before ordering and should test the product before prolonged contact.
